By creating an account or using SmartFlow AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

Purchases and billing

• All plans are one-time payments processed via Stripe.
• There are no recurring charges or auto-renewals.
• Upgrades to a higher plan are billed as the price difference between the two plans.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activities, to violate intellectual property rights, or to abuse the platform (e.g. spam, scraping, attempts to break security).

Content ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create with SmartFlow AI. We do not claim ownership and do not train shared models on your private content.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartFlow AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
