These terms apply to the SmartFlow AI website and services, alongside your individual service agreement. Please read them carefully.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

Ongoing services and billing

• Our services primarily support long-term clients with ongoing website care, marketing, hosting and server management.
• Monthly service fees, marketing budgets and hosting or server costs are agreed individually before services begin.
• The scope, billing schedule, duration, renewal and cancellation terms are specified in your individual service agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activities, to violate intellectual property rights, or to abuse the platform (e.g. spam, scraping, attempts to break security).

Content ownership

You retain the rights to content you supply. Usage rights for project deliverables are specified in the individual service agreement.

Service availability

Availability and maintenance are specified in the individual service agreement. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartFlow AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
